You're right, it is really hard not take it personally. I feel like I'm committing a crime by claiming. My advisor told me that she'd recently had woman of about 50 years old, in a motorised scooter, passed fit for work! I'll look into the Watchdog thing. I may only have a minor disability compared to thousands of others - like your good self - but over the last couple of years I've really had my eyes opened to the immoral and unethical way in which the disabled are treated in our society. I’ll look into the Watchdog thing. I may only have a minor disability compared to thousands of others – like your good self – but over the last couple of years I’ve really had my eyes opened to the immoral and unethical way in which the disabled are treated in our society.

Appeals, especially with the help of an adviser or advocate, have been increasingly successful, so I'm sure you have every chance of getting the benefits to which you are entitled. But there have been people turn up to interviews with their oxygen tanks, or people who have only months to live who have been declared "fit to work". So it is the system, not you.
