Good grief! Is it really October already?

So, it’s been 9 months since my last operation and so far – touch wood – there’s been no sign of any infection returning. Last week I started a new course of physiotherapy and the pain has returned with a vengeance.

After 10 operations, there’s so much muscle and other tissue damage, that I’m having to learn to walk properly again. Four steps backward in order to progress. But, I can cope with it.

On the web side of things, I’m in the process of re-designing this site and getting active on Twitter and Accessify Forum again. I’m also trying to catch up with all of the advances in accessibility and web development in general. So much has happened over the last 2 years, my head is spinning!

Finally, a great big ‘Thank you’ to all my friends and colleagues online. Your good wishes, thoughts and prayers have helped both myself and Mary get through a really difficult time.
